How to play

In Still Crazy, you'll see stills from famous movies. Only one problem, we've kind of recast them, reshot them and generally messed with them. Begin by selecting a category - you can change categories at any time by selecting from the drop-down list at the top of each page.

To access all the content you'll need to create and log into your account; it's free and we never share your data.

You'll see something similar to the screenshot here. At the top there's a set of boxes showing the number of words and their length. Below that you'll see a pixelated image and two buttons that give you the option of improving the image or requesting a hint. There's a points cost for each, which is shown in the button. Each time you enhance the image or take a hint, you'll see your score for the question reducing.

Take a letter

If you're logged in with a free account, you can trade points for letter hints (We start you off with ten free letters when you create your account). You'll also get free bonus letters each day you log in.

Close, but no cigar!

You can guess as many times as you like without penalty, but QuizzyGamey is pernickety about spelling! If it tells you you're close, chances are you've mis-spelled your answer or maybe missed some important brackets or an apostrophe.
