The game here is to try to work out the film from which the sound clip came. But we know you like a challenge, so we're playing them backwards. No need to say thank you, we're happy to do it. Begin by selecting a category - you can change categories at any time by selecting from the drop-down list at the top of each page.
To access all the content you'll need to create and log into your account; it's free and we never share your data.
You'll see something similar to the screenshot here. At the top there's a set of boxes showing the number of words and their length. Below that is a button to play the backwards clip. You can listen to it as many times as you like without penalty.
If you're stuck - and you proably will be - you can click the help me button. This will show you a pixelated image from the film, and also give you a second backwards clip to listen to. The downside is that the help costs you points from the score you earn for answering correctly. The button shows how many points will be deducted. If you still need help, you can sacrifice more points to click again for a clearer image. Repeated playing of the backward clips cost you nothing.
If you're logged in with a free account, you can trade points for letter hints (We start you off with ten free letters when you create your account). You'll also get free bonus letters each day you log in.
You can guess as many times as you like without penalty, but QuizzyGamey is pernickety about spelling! If it tells you you're close, chances are you've mis-spelled your answer or maybe missed some important brackets or an apostrophe.
